Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered some of their extra virgin olive oil and a few chocolate bars. The quality of the oil is really good, very flavorful. The chocolate was also delicious. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a little long for something I was excited to use quickly. Overall, a solid purchase but they could speed up their shipping a bit.
Repeat customer for quality ingredients
I've ordered from Chefshop several times now, usually for things like their arborio rice and various imported pastas. This last order, I also got some vanilla beans and a new mortar and pestle. The rice and pasta are consistently excellent, always cooking up perfectly. The vanilla beans arrived well-packaged and were fresh. The mortar and pestle felt really sturdy and well-made, just like I expected. Their products are always top-notch, and that's why I keep coming back. The consistency really makes a difference for me.
